Your Rights, Rules & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 887jl platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered Players who access games, promotions, or any other service offered by 887jl.

1.2 By clicking "Register", "Log In", making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 887jl website or services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all other 887jl policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 887jl strictly prohibits minors from accessing its platform. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of identity.

2.3 You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in 887jl's services does not violate any laws applicable to you in your location.

2.4 Players must not use any software, tool, or device to mask their geographic location or otherwise misrepresent their eligibility to use the 887jl platform. Use of a VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to access 887jl from a prohibited jurisdiction is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 887jl platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein, unless those funds represent unplayed deposits.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 887jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 887jl will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.4 You must notify the 887jl support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 887jl will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon notification.

3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your 887jl account or any funds held within it to another person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 887jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Coins.ph, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted methods are displayed on the 887jl cashier page and may change from time to time.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 PHP unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger a compliance review, including temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality pending identity verification.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Verified accounts (KYC-complete) generally receive processing within 15–30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the financial institution.

4.5 887jl reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Such checks may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.

4.6 Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, self-exclusion violation, active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, or incomplete KYC documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 887jl are subject to their individual terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Specific bonus terms are displayed at the point of offer acceptance and within the promotions section of your 887jl account.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Players may not claim the same bonus more than once unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus abuse is prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of related winnings.

5.4 887jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by Players.

5.5 In the event of a technical error or miscommunication resulting in an incorrectly displayed bonus offer, 887jl reserves the right to correct the error and offer the correct promotion terms to the affected Player without being bound by the erroneous terms.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

6.1 All games offered on the 887jl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game elements conducted by trained dealers in licensed facilities. RNG certification is maintained through independent testing laboratories.

6.2 Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided within the individual game information panels. Actual results will vary due to the inherently random nature of casino games. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, 887jl's system will attempt to resume the round or resolve it in accordance with the game provider's established protocol. Incomplete rounds that cannot be resolved will generally be reversed and the staked amount returned to your account balance.

6.4 Errors in game software, including display errors, communication failures, or incorrect odds being displayed, do not create a binding obligation on 887jl to pay out at the erroneous rate. 887jl reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 887jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 887jl platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the use of 887jl services.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software to interact with 887jl games in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 887jl for any financial activity unconnected to legitimate gaming.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live tables, or any other competitive game format offered by 887jl.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in game software in a manner that produces unfair winnings. Any winnings derived from known exploits are not payable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or game logic from the 887jl platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward 887jl staff members or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the 887jl platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 887jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools accessible from every registered account to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. 8.5 In accordance with eligibility requirements, all Players must be 21 years of age or older. If 887jl identifies any account holder who is under 21, the account will be suspended without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 887jl platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, and page layouts, is the exclusive property of 887jl or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 887jl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 887jl content without prior written consent.

11.3 887jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any service provided, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 887jl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 887jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at 887jl's reasonable discretion.

12.2 Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), 887jl may withhold any bonus funds, bonus winnings, or funds derived from prohibited activity. Unplayed cash deposits will generally be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 887jl support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 887jl may amend these Terms at any time. 14.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
